Commission A Mural
Thank you for your interest in commissioning a mural! As an independent artist and designer, I appreciate your effort in supporting artists like myself. Here’s a little more information about my process, pricing, and submitting an inquiry
How Does it Work?
Each project is unique and so I’ve developed a process for commissioning a mural. Sometimes we deviate from this process when the project calls for it, but here’s what you can general expect:
You complete the inquiry form below to tell me the basic information about your project
I’ll email you within 2-3 days via email to ask any additional questions and request photos of the space
From there we’ll decide on a concept and rough pricing
If you would like, I can create a photorealistic mock-up of the mural ($250)— this can be helpful if you have multiple stakeholders weighing in on the design.
We’ll make adjustments as needed, sign a contract, and get going on our project together!
Pricing + Timing
It’s always a little tricky providing pricing without details because each project varies but a very rough calculation you can use is $60-100/square foot depending on complexity. Additionally, I offer a discounted rate for non-profit organizations and small businesses. Timing is also a bit difficult to estimate without details but I can roughly cover 7-10 square feet per hour, again depending on the surface and complexity.
